For example:- Hypnotherapy can be used to alter behaviour patterns, as with slimming or to quit smoking.

Hypnosis can teach you to relax and reduce your stress levels.

Hypnotherapy can boost confidence, break habits like nail biting, or help with concentration and learning.

Hypnotherapy can be very helpful with emotional or psychological problems, such as anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, stutters & stammers, and psychosomatic symptoms, etc.
